VINTAGE GOLF VESTA CASE MATCH SAFE HORACE HUTCHINSON

A vintage Match Safe or as we say over here a Vesta Case. Made of Vulcanite which was a new materian at the turn of the Nineteenth century. One side shows Horace Hutchinson in full Golf Swing. The other side shows that well known Cricketer W.G.Grace. Both these Figures were immensley popular at that time. The top & bottom lift to allow access There is a serrated edge to strike the matches.There are a couple of flaws to the case that is why I am not asking for its full price. Rare item even in this condition.
